Dian has 12 years of experience in the green building industry, particularly in green building projects. Her career path in green building began at the Green Building Council Indonesia as a rating analyst in the rating development division. Her main role was to develop green building criteria into the GREENSHIP rating tool, which is available for several building scopes such as New Buildings, Existing Buildings, Interior Spaces, Home, and Neighborhood.

As a rating analyst, she had to analyze and synchronize all related building codes and foreign green building rating tools as the basis of GREENSHIP development. During the development of the rating tools, she was also involved in several pilot projects as a GREENSHIP verifier, which strengthened her ability to provide valuable input for the mechanism process of GREENSHIP certification.

She joined the Sustainability Division of PT Asdi Swasatya in 2012. As a senior green building engineer, her main role is to manage all green building certification projects. She has handled numerous projects both as a consultant and as an auditor in local and international green building certification systems: GREENSHIP, EDGE, and LEED.

She also attended the Global Report Index Certified Training Program to deepen her understanding of sustainability reporting components in the international context.
